He has been in business since 2003. Our facility is in a 5100 sq. foot space covered with a Certified ESD Protected Floor System and a Complete Ventilation System.
AccuPack is a
fully equipped assembly shop with the most advanced equipment, offering
SMT, Through-Hole, High Temp, and RoHS assembly. Your boards are handled only by qualified personnel that are IPC Certified.
AccuPack
also provides a wide range of bare board services. We offer very competitive
prices to allow our customers to be more competitive on their products.
All boards are electrically tested to make sure they are fully
functional. Our quality will meet or exceed expectations.
Other services we offer are Cable Assembly, Potting, Enclosure Assembly and testing of your units. We offer consignment or turnkey jobs, utilizing an MRP system to track customer's components, stocking them under your part number for easy recognition and verification.
This eliminates any errors in part selection.
Accupack has a 3-level quality process
to ensure accuracy before stuffing, before soldering, and before
testing. We perform a visual inspection on part placement, and a visual
inspection of all solder joints on all boards prior shipping to the
customer.
We will perform functionality test if requested at no extra charge.
